Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item, contact Customer Service immediately at sales@namoia.store. NAMOIA does not refund money or any taxes or duties paid when the order was originally shipped.
All exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and returned within 7 days. Items returned after the deadline will not be accepted.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher for use on future purchases with a maximum usage period of 30 calendar days, effective the day the voucher is approved and shipped. This voucher must be used on products available during that period with no exceptions.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been used, altered or washed. Items must not have been used in photo shoots, Instagram posts, on any social media, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging sent with the order must be returned in perfect condition.
NAMOIA is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred when returning items.
