ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
ORDERS WITHIN USA
All national order are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
Delivery times vary depending to city of destination, usually between 3 - 4 business days from the date of shipment.
Same day delivery is currently unavailable.
All national shipping has a flat rate cost of $10 USD.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order information and details. Once order is processed and ready to ship, another email will be sent directly from our shipping partner with tracking number and estimated delivery date.
In the case of any delays or issues regarding your order, you will be notified by email.
We do not deliver to PO Box or Freight Forwarder addresses. Orders to these addresses will be cancelled.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped in different deliveries, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails.
Please keep in mind that the delivery clock starts when the package is in the hands of the carrier not when the order is placed.

We do not ship internationally at this time but we intend to start shipping soon, stay tuned!
SHIPPING PRICES
Orders within USA: $10 USD.
CURRENCY, DUTIES & TAXES
All product prices indicated, and payments are in USD currency.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase.
NAMOIA is NOT responsible for any duties and or taxes.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
If you want an item that appears Sold Out on the website, contact us immediately at sales@namoia.store to verify if the item can be made by our production team. We will notify you by email as soon as possible.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact Customer Service immediately at sales@namoia.store
If your order has already been processed and shipped out, NAMOIA accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, you may proceed and request an exchange within the first 3 days upon arrival to change incorrect items.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the clients incurring redirection fees. NANAMO LLC reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
ORDER DETAILS & PAYMENTS
Order details are available in order confirmation emails, and in your Account for clients who were logged in when placing their order. Alternatively contact Customer Service via email sales@namoia.store for all Online Store and order enquiries.
SALES POLICY
Final sales are final, no returns or exchanges accepted.
Gift cards are final sale and have an expiration date of 3 months.
NAMOIA Online do not offer sale price adjustments or any form of price matching.
DAMAGES
Unfortunately sometimes damages occur in shipping. We are so sorry if this happens to you. If you receive your item and it is damaged please contact us immediately at sales@namoia.store with photos of the damage and you order number.
NAMOIA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us. We can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We will happily file a claim and process a replacement for the item that you received. Do not throw the item out.
We will email instructions on how to proceed with the claims process.
Please note that ALL damages need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise.
Replacement cannot be guaranteed on damaged merchandise that is not reported in a timely manner.
